Officer Rank

Officer rank is granted to those who have expressed to the guild leadership that they are willing to show

Commitment - Excellence - Leadership - Integrity

Officers will be granted a certain amount of respect and will have the responsibility of maintaining a certain level of peace amongst the ranks in Guild chat.

An officer will be able to Strip rank and promote others amongst the guild.

Officer rank is decided among the current officers and owner of Pray for Villains.

Determination and interest in the functionality of guild and guild member numbers are taken into consideration when selecting Oficers

Expectations of an officer:

1. Promote good behaviour amongst the ranks both in World and Guild Chat.

2. Not abuse power

3. Maintain the cleanliness of the Guild Vault

4. ALWAYS respond to guildmembers asking questions.

5. Monitor the Guild chat. If a chat is getting too verbal you must calm the situation.

6. Assist other guild members who need assistance. (You are not expected to put your game time on hold.)

7. Be conscientious when dealing out items from the "Ask leadership tab"

8. Attend Guild events such as weekly raids/Dungeons which occur on Friday/Saturdaynights depending on guild Volume at the time/Us Eastern time

9. Officers must be opinionated and enforce guild laws.

10. Promote Guild recruitment!

11. Always Praise Guild members for their Achievements!

11. Uphold Basic Villain Law

12. Respect all members of pray for villains

13. Donate to the Guild vault and members. Items that others can benefit from to level their professions or gear up
